Low Call Out / Combined Repair Charge
Same day repairs,
Being a local independent company we charge a low repair and call out fee of £59.00 to fully check and diagnose any faults within your appliance. If your happy to proceed with the repair and we fix the fault with your cooker or oven on the day, you only pay the combined call out/repair fee of £59.00 plus parts per each repair.
Range Cookers
Fully electric range cookers 90 & 110 can require a £20.00 surcharge due to the extra work involved to repair.
Multiple faults within the appliances,
If your oven or cooker has unrelated faults, such as door hinges and element replacement we do charge £20.00 extra plus parts to carry out the extra repairs within your appliance, but this is only if the repair fault isn’t connected and wasn’t caused by the initial fault.
Internal Repairs,
Certain repairs which involve stripping panels to gain access to parts can require a £20.00 surcharge, these repairs can include lower elements, insulation replacement, hinges and hinge housing and rack clips.
Return Visit Repair,
If we have to order a part to complete the repair on a another day you pay £59.00 call out/repair fee on the day and the cost of the part(s) on the day we return to complete the repair. We will never charge you the call out/repair fee more then once.
Unrepairable,
If your appliance is beyond economical repair or the parts to repair your appliance are now discontinued and we can’t complete the repair for any reason, you only pay our combined call out/repair fee £59.00
