As soon as a visit has been arranged and confirmed the engineer will arrive at your address on the confirmed day and time previously arranged to access your broken or faulty appliance, once the fault has been diagnosed the engineer will quote you on the repair. The quote we be our set labour fee £59.00 plus any parts needed. If your happy to go ahead with the repair payment will then need to be paid to the engineer on the first visit. After payment is made the parts will be ordered and the office will then email or call you to arrange a return visit to repair your machine.

- A, Yes we do carry a good range of parts on our van where we can sometimes offer same day repairs, but because there are so many different types of machines and appliances we do have to order in a majority of our parts.
- Q, Can you guarantee a date when the repair can be completed If parts need to be ordered?
- A, Unfortunately not, if parts need to be ordered we can never guarantee a date, but usually it takes up to 2 to 5 working days.
