How to book a repair
Step one
Fill out the booking form below to book your cooker, hob or oven repair in Northampton . Please add as much info as possible regarding your appliance.
Step two
You will receive a confirmation to confirm your cooker, hob or oven repair visit in Northampton, this is usually done by email. This is when we will arrange a day available for a engineer to visit. Time slots are either 2-3 hrs (eg, the engineer will arrive between 9am -11am) time slots can be confirmed by either email confirmation or by the engineer the evening before your visit via a text message. If you have a preferred day or time we will try our best accommodate, but can’t always guarantee times.
Step Three
The engineer will arrive to diagnose any faults within your appliance. They will then give you quote to repair your appliance. If your happy to go ahead with our home appliance repair service and we have the part(s) in stock the engineer will carry out the work to complete the repair. If parts need to be ordered in we will then contact you to arrange a return visit to fit the part and complete the cooker, hob or oven repair. You pay the engineer directly for any work carried out, this can be either a cash or card payment.
